We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Habitual account and all associated data, please contact our support team.

What to Include in Your Email

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

• The email address associated with your Habitual account
• "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line
• Any additional details to help us locate your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account and login credentials
• Profile information (name, username, email)
• Habit tracking records and history
• Progress statistics and streaks
• Organisation memberships and client relationships
• Any uploaded content or files
